Ireland
- Celtic
Mother of the Tuatha Dé Danann, who are named after her and about whom almost nothing else survives. Her name may be the same word as the Danube and the Don, which would make her a river older than any of the texts.
Known for
- a goddess known only by her children
- possibly the same name as the Danube
- a mother reconstructed backwards
Dates are estimates. A great deal of what this atlas covers is only datable to within a century.
